Antulio "Kobbo" Santarrosa (born 1949 in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico) is a puppeteer, television producer, right wing commentator and author from Mayagüez, Puerto Rico.

Santarrosa produces and serves as the puppeteer/host of La Comay.
